Ninja grannies fight for their black belts in karate

Friends Isobel and Sheila picked up karate four years ago, and have now earned their black belts.

Four years ago, Isobel and Sheila decided they’d take punches along with their pensions and began taking karate classes.

What started as a hobby became a passion for the retirees, and now they’ve both achieved one of the highest ranks in the martial art.
