Three Kilmarnock footballers are self-isolating after testing positive for coronavirus, the club has confirmed.
The unnamed trio will take NHS tests today to confirm the initial result, while all other players and staff will have tests on Thursday.
The club has said in a statement that all other preparations for Friday’s Premiership match against Motherwell would continue and that they wished the affected players a speedy recovery.
Hamilton have also had a player test positive. A club spokesperson said: “The club can confirm one individual has produced a positive result from Monday’s COVID-19 testing.
“This individual is now isolating as per Scottish Government and JRG guidelines.”
