Rangers have confirmed that forward Sam Lammers has left the club to sign for Dutch side FC Twente.
The 27-year-old was brought to Ibrox last summer after being signed by former manager Michael Beale from Atalanta.
But he only managed two goals from 17 appearances before being loaned out again in January.
He spent the second half of the season at Eredivisie side Utrecht where he scored 11 goals in 20 appearances and has now returned to the Netherlands for an undisclosed fee.
Rangers announced the news on Friday.
A statement published to social media said: “We can today confirm Sam Lammers has joined FC Twente for an undisclosed fee.
“Everyone at Rangers wishes Sam well for the future.”
Earlier on Friday Rangers announced the loan-signing of Czech international winger Vaclav Cerny from Wolfsburg as they continue their preparations for the new season.
