Rangers have announced the signing of AC Milan defender Clinton Nsiala.
The 20-year-old centre-back will move to Ibrox in July when his Milan contract expires and join his new teammates as they prepare for Champions League qualifiers and pursuit of domestic silverware next season.
Nsiala is a French youth international who came through Nantes’ youth system before being snapped up by Milan in 2021.
He has been a regular in the under-19s side at the Italian giants and played UEFA Youth League but has not made a first team breakthrough in Serie A.
He’ll now work to be part of Philippe Clement’s side as the Belgian manager makes extensive changes to his Rangers squad and team this summer.
Nsiala is the club’s third signing of the close season, following Jefte and Oscar Cortes in agreeing a move to Ibrox.
Rangers director of recruitment Nils Koppen said: “We are excited to add a talented young player in Clinton to the squad.
“He joins as an exciting talent who we believe can develop and take his next steps under our manager, Philippe Clement, and his staff.
“We look forward to welcoming Clinton to Glasgow as we continue to shape the squad ahead of the 2024/25 campaign.”
