Partick Thistle have confirmed the signing of Scott Robinson on a two-year-deal.
The 31-year-old former Kilmarnock midfielder made 13 Premiership appearances for the Rugby Park side last season and scored two goals.
Robinson, who has also had spells at Hearts and Livingston, becomes the first signing of new Thistle manager Kris Doolan as he prepares for another season in the Championship after their heart-breaking play-off defeat to Ross County.
The move, which was confirmed by the Firhill club on Monday, is subject to SFA clearance.
Doolan welcomed the signing.
He said: “When I knew of Scott’s availability, he was a player that I was keen to add to the squad as quickly as possible. He has experience of getting out of this league and is a proven winner as demonstrated throughout his career.
“He’s a hard worker and he has a great attitude so I think he’ll fit in well alongside the other attacking players we have at the club. He can play in a number of positions in our team and I see him as a key part of what we are looking to achieve this season.”
Robinson, who will wear the number 17 shirt, will join his new teammates for pre-season training as the prepare for the new season.
