Motherwell manager Graham Alexander has made his first signing for the club, taking winger Steven Lawless to Fir Park.
Lawless has returned to the club where he began his professional career, signing a deal that runs until the end of the 2021/22 season.
The winger was available after leaving Burton Albion, having previously played for Livingston and Partick Thistle.
It’s great to be back,” Lawless told the club’s official website.
“It means a lot to me to be coming back to the club. I’m ready to get going and play my part in trying to get the team up the table.”
