The draw for the League Cup quarter-finals has taken place as the last eight teams find out their next round opponents.

Holders Celtic were knocked out with a 1-0 defeat to Kilmarnock at Rugby Park on Sunday.

Rangers will now be clear favourites for the trophy after their 2-1 comeback win over Greenock Morton on Saturday.

Only Premiership teams remain in the trophy with a trip to Hampden at stake for the four winners of the last-eight games.

Celtic’s conquerors Kilmarnock have been handed another home-tie against Hearts.

Rangers have been drawn at home again and they will play David Martindale’s Livingston side at Ibrox.

Aberdeen face a tough trip to Ross County and Hibs will host in-form St Mirren at Easter Road.
