Steven Naismith and Philippe Clement have named their starting line-ups for Wednesday night’s Premiership clash at Tynecastle.

Rangers travel to Edinburgh to take on Hearts who are on a four-game league winning run following victories over Kilmarnock, Motherwell, St Johnstone and Livingston.

Naismith was named Manager of the Month for November after taking his side to third in the Premiership, but they have lost twice to the visitors in just over a month.

It is Clement’s third game against the Tynecastle club since replacing Michael Beale in the Ibrox dugout only six weeks ago.

The Belgian led his side to a 2-1 win at Ibrox following two late goals at the end of October, in what was Hearts’ last league defeat, before securing a place in the League Cup final with a 3-1 victory at Hampden.

The visitors will be hoping to cut the eight point gap at the top of the Premiership with Celtic also in action on Wednesday night.

Hearts will be hoping to keep themselves as the ‘best of the rest’ in third place.

Naismith starts with Zander Clark in goals behind a back three of Kye Rowles, Frankie Kent and Stephen Kingsley with Alex Cochrane and Nathanial Atkinson at wing-back.

Jorge Grant, Beni Baningime and Calem Nieuwenhof make up a midfield three with Kyosuke Tagawa supporting Player of the Month Lawrence Shankland up top.

Veteran Scotland goalkeeper Craig Gordon returns after a year out injured to take a place on the bench.

Clement has started with Jack Butland in goals behind a back four of James Tavernier, Connor Goldson, Leon Balogun and Ridvan Yilmaz.

John Lundstram anchors a three man midfield beside Tom Lawrence and Todd Cantwell with a front three of Abdallah Sima, Danilo and Ross McCausland.

The game at Tynecastle kicks-off at 8pm.
