James Forrest replaces Liel Abada in the Celtic team for the Europa League clash with Bayer Leverkusen.

The switch in right winger is the only change from the side that beat St Johnstone in the Legaue Cup semi-final on Saturday, where Forrest came off the bench to net the winner.

Celtic are in Germany for their fifth group stage game, hoping to upset the odds against the Bundesliga side and improve their chances of reaching the knockout stage of the competition.

Ange Postecoglou believes the match will be a good measure of the team’s progress and has vowed that his side will play on the front foot.

Joe Hart is in goal, with Josip Juranovic, Cameron Carter-Vickers, Stephen Welsh and Anthony Ralston in a back four.

Nir Bitton, captain Callum McGregor and David Turnbull are in midfield, with Jota and Forrest playing either side of Kyogo Furuhashi in attack.
