Dundee Football Club have announced the signing of former Hibs and Rangers striker Jason Cummings on an 18-month contract.
The forward moves to Dens Park after leaving Shrewsbury Town.
Cummings is a former Hibs teammate of Dundee manager James McPake and will now look to spearhead the club’s promotion push.
The 25-year-old made his name at Easter Road but left to join Nottingham Forest in 2017. After six months he was loaned to Rangers, where he played half a season before further loan spells at Peterborough United and Luton Town.
Cummings moved to Shrewsbury in 2019 but failed to hold down a regular first team place. The highlight of his time at New Meadow was scoring twice against Liverpool in the FA Cup.
