Glasgow has been chosen as one of four cities to host the Davis Cup finals group stage.
Great Britain and three other nations will compete at the Emirates Arena between September 14-18.
Other cities hosting group stages under a new format for the competition are Bologna, Hamburg and Malaga.
The draw is due to take place on March 31.
The top two teams in each group will progress to knock-out stages due to be held in November at a venue yet to be decided.
David Haggerty, president of the International Tennis Federation, said: “I would like to congratulate the four winning host nations on their successful bids.
“As a key priority of the ITF 2024 strategy, we are very proud of how far the Davis Cup has come through its rich history.
“We are committed to the future success of the event, while retaining the traditional elements of what is the men’s World Cup of tennis.
“This includes its unique atmosphere and showcasing the event throughout the year at different cities across the world, bringing Davis Cup to more audiences.”
