Scottish Para-Cyclist Finley Graham has won silver at Men C3 Individual Time Trial road race.
The event that was held in Dumfries and Galloway on Thursday morning was won Germany’s Matthias Schindler who set a rapid time of 22:50.67.
Graham attacked the course with the aim of improving upon his silver in 2022 and he pushed Schindler all the way to the line but in the end, came through the finish line an agonising 1.98 seconds behind the leader.
It’s the Scottish rider’s fifth silver medal from the track.
Elsewhere in day eight of the championships the women’s junior individual time trial is now underway in Stirling and the mountain bike programme kicks off over at Glentress in the Scottish Borders at midday.
Also at midday, Finn Johnston will take part in the Men’s Junior 20″ Semi-finals BMX Trials at Glasgow Green.
