Celtic have agreed a deal to sign AEK Athens goalkeeper Vasilis Barkas.
The 26-year-old is expected to sign a four-year contract, which could be concluded in the coming days
Celtic boss Neil Lennon turned his attention to other goalkeepers after a move for Fraser Forster broke down.
The deal is believed to be worth more than £4m plus add-ons.
The keeper previously played against Celtic in 2018 with AEK in the UEFA Champions League qualifier.
Barkas would become Lennon’s second summer signing after Mohamed Elyounoussi rejoined the club on a season-long loan.
