Rangers will take on Premiership opposition in the form of Gary Locke's Kilmarnock while Annan's reward for beating Hamilton is a home tie against Morton.
Holders Inverness CT will face Motherwell if they beat Stirling Albion in a replay.
The ties are due to be played on the weekend of February 6 and 7.
Dundee announced their fourth round tie, which was due to be played on Tuesday, January 12 has been moved back to January 26.
