Rishi Sunak set to face MPs at second Prime Minister's Questions

Sunak will take questions from MPs hours after the new PM U-turned on a decision to attend COP27.

Rishi Sunak is set to face MPs in the House of Commons at Prime Minister’s Questions.

It comes just hours after Sunak U-turned on his decision not to attend COP27 in Egypt.

There are calls for the Prime Minister to raise more money from the windfall tax on energy firms after BP reported that it made £7.1bn between July and September.

He has also been urged to sack home secretary Suella Braverman after she admitted to having sent official documents to her personal email on six occassions.
