Humza Yousaf faces FMQs after investigation launched into iPad minister

The Scottish Tories are continuing to push for a no-confidence vote in Michael Matheson.

Humza Yousaf is being questioned by MSPs in Holyrood as the Scottish Parliament launches an investigation into his health secretary after he racked up an £11,000 roaming bill on an official iPad.

Michael Matheson had initially billed the taxpayer for the charge before agreeing to pay it himself after the revelations sparked a political row.

The Scottish Tories have threatened to call a no-confidence vote on Matheson’s future.

The SNP minister racked up an £11,000 bill while on holiday in Morocco.

He initially denied knowing it was for personal use but later admitted to Parliament that his sons had used it to stream football.

Labour and Tories have accused the First Minister and the health secretary of misleading the public.
