Teenagers aged 14 and 15 arrested after male seen ‘brandishing knife’ on Dundee’s High Street Google Maps

Two teenagers have been arrested after police received reports of a male brandishing a knife.

At around 3pm on Tuesday, police were called after a male was seen brandishing a knife on Dundee’s High Street.

No one was injured as a result of the incident and two male youths aged 14 and 15 were traced and arrested in West Marketgait a short time later.

Police said that both will be reported to the Youth Justice Assessor.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 3pm on Tuesday, 14 February 2023, police received a report of a male brandishing a knife in High Street, Dundee.

“There were no reports of anyone injured.

“Two male youths aged 14 and 15 years were traced and arrested in West Marketgait, Dundee a short time later. They will be reported to the Youth Justice Assessor.”
