Man arrested and charged after robbery at newsagents store 

A man has been charged after a newsagents store was robbed in Dundee.

A newsagents store on Clepington Road in the city was robbed of a three-figure sum of cash.

Police confirmed a 26-year-old was arrested for alleged involvement in the incident which occurred around 4.50am on Saturday morning.

He is due to appear at Dundee Sheriff Court on Monday, March 13, 2023.

A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
