Google MapsA man has been arrested following a collision between a car and a motorbike in Moray.
The incident took place at around 3.30pm on Thursday, October 6, on the A95 near Marypark.
A grey Volvo S90 and an orange KTM motorcycle were involved.
The 21-year-old motorcyclist suffered serious injuries as a result of the crash.
They were taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary by air ambulance for treatment.
There were no other injuries.
Police have now confirmed that a 45-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the incident.
A report has been sent to the procurator fiscal, with the man due to appear in court at a later date.
