The family of a Dundee man who has been missing for nine days has made an emotional appeal for him to return home.
Allan Smeaton, 49, was last seen in the Whitfield area of the city at around 3am on Saturday, March 28.
In a statement released through Police Scotland, Mr Smeaton’s family said: “Allan, if you are reading this we need you to come home.
“Everyone is missing you, we need to know that you are safe and well.
“Please make contact with us or the police.
“You’re not in any trouble and we just want to know that you’re safe.”
