Appeal for information following break-in at premises in Dundee

Items were stolen including a quantity of cash with around £3,500 worth of damage caused at the premises.

Investigations are underway after a break-in and theft in Dundee.

A premises on the city’s Fairmuir Street was targeted between 4am and 4.15am on Saturday, 8 April, 2023.

A number of items were stolen including a quantity of cash with around £3,500 worth of damage caused at the site.

The male suspect is described as white and average height, wearing a dark-coloured hooded top, dark-coloured trousers and a face mask.

He was seen making off from the incident on a Carrera bike and heading towards the Kirkton area of Dundee.

PC Andrew McIlvenny said: “I am appealing to anyone who saw anything suspicious and may have information that could assist with our enquiries to get in touch.

“In addition, anyone with private CCTV or dash-cam footage that could help with our investigation is also asked to contact us.”
