Concern is growing for a 14-year-old boy who has been missing for two nights.

John-Paul Cruden was last seen on Tuesday morning in the Maberly Street area of Aberdeen, after being reported missing from Airdrie on Monday.

The teenager has not been seen since and there are growing concerns for his welfare.

John-Paul is described as 5ft 4 tall, with short fair/blonde hair and was last seen wearing grey jogging bottoms and black and white trainers.

Sergeant Kevin Ross of Bucksburn Police Station, Aberdeen said: “We are becoming increasingly concerned for John-Paul’s wellbeing and just want to ensure that he is safe and well.

“If anyone has seen John-Paul or has any information that may help us trace him, please contact us on 101 quoting incident number 3634 of April 18.”
