Family 'concerned for welfare' of 75-year-old missing woman

‘Concern for welfare’ of 75-year-old missing woman from Perth and Kinross Police Scotland

The family of a woman who disappeared overnight in Perth and Kinross say they are “concerned for her welfare”.

Fiona Pol was last seen on Birch Crescent in Blairgowrie at around 10pm on Monday.

The 75-year-old is described as being white, 5ft 3, of slim build, with blonde and grey shoulder-length hair.

Police added she sometimes wears glasses.

She was last seen wearing a knee-length black puffer-style jacket, black trousers and navy shoes.

Inspector Grant McGaughay said: “Fiona’s family are really concerned for her welfare.

“We are asking anyone in the area who may have seen her or knows where she is to please contact police.

“We would also urge locals to check their gardens and outbuildings for any sign of Fiona.

“If Fiona herself she sees this appeal, please get in touch with someone to confirm you are safe and well.”

Anyone with information is asked to call Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 1610 of Tuesday, March 12.
