Police are hunting for a woman after her dog bit a passerby in the Highlands.
On November 29, the woman was walking with the dog on a lead on Mayfield Road in the Mountpleasant area of Thurso at around 3.35pm when the animal jumped up and bit another person.
The female dogwalker is described as being in her 30s and was wearing a white coat.
Anyone who may know the dog’s owner or may have any information regarding the incident is urged to contact police on 101, quoting reference number 2394 of the November 29 2023.
