A man is in hospital with life-threatening injuries after a car crash in the Highlands.
The smash happened at around 11.45pm on Saturday around a mile from Tain.
A red Volkswagen Golf with the registration YE02 HDK crashed on Scotsburn Road and a 43-year-old man was taken to Raigmore Hospital in Inverness.
Sergeant Ewan Calder said: “We’re appealing to anyone who might have seen a red Volkswagen Golf with the registration YE02 HDK shortly before the incident or has any information about this to contact us.”
Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting incident number 4985 of April 11 2020.
