A gyrocopter has reportedly crashed into a field on the Black Isle.
Emergency services, including the police and fire service, responded to the incident near Avoch just before 1pm on Thursday.
The UK Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB) said a team were making their way to the site to commence an investigation into the incident, which involved a gyrocopter.
UK Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB) tweeted: “We have been notified of an accident involving a gyrocopter near Avoch, Scotland.
“A team of inspectors are on their way to commence an investigation.”
The Scottish Fire and Rescue service confirmed it was alerted to the incident and four appliances attended the scene.
The Scottish Ambulance Service confirmed that no-one was taken to hospital following the incident.
A spokesperson added: “We dispatched two ambulances, a manager, a community responder and the PICT team from Inverness to the scene.”
