A major road has been closed in both directions after a “two-vehicle crash” in the Highlands.
Traffic Scotland confirmed the A87 at Glen Shiel towards Shiel Bridge was fully closed after 8.45pm on Monday due to a collision involving two motorists.
Police Scotland and other emergency services are said to be on the scene.
Drivers are being urged to seek alternative routes, but no diversions are currently in place.
A Traffic Scotland post read: “The A87 Glen Shiel is currently closed in both directions due to a two vehicle incident, motorists are advised to use an alternate route at this time.”
A motorcyclist was airlifted to hospital following a crash involving a van on the same road on Wednesday, July 17.
Police Scotland has been contacted for comment.
