Reality TV star Lauren Goodger has announced the death of her baby daughter Lorena just two days after giving birth.
The Only Way is Essex cast member shared the news in an Instagram post on Sunday, saying her baby daughter died on July 8.
She said that the newborn looked like her elder daughter Larose and that the two girls could have been ‘twins’.
Goodger gave birth to Larose almost a year ago in July 2021 with partner Charles Dury.
She did not disclose how the baby girl died, adding she had no pregnancy or labour complications and that Lorena was born “fine and healthy”.
In the Instagram post, the 35-year-old said: “Lorena R.I.P 08.07.22 she was the most beautiful healthy baby I’ve ever seen just like her sister.
“Words can’t describe as a mother losing your baby that I carried for all these months perfectly and gave birth too for my angel to be taken from me.”
Goodger added that she was “broken” by the news and that she spent as much time as possible with her newborn daughter alongside partner Dury.
She said: “I will never ever get over this but I will learn how to live everyday with Lorena in my heart she will be with me always and I will be with her again one day.
“My Lorena I love you so much.”
