Natasha Bedingfield has been announced as the latest act to be added to the line-up for this year’s TRNSMT festival in Glasgow.
The English singer, best known for hits including These Words and Pocketful of Sunshine, will take to the stage at Glasgow Green on Saturday July 13.
The 2000’s music star has recently enjoyed a resurgence in popularity, after song Unwritten featured in the smash hit rom com Anyone But You, propelling it back into the charts at number 18.
Announcing the news on Valentine’s Day, TRNSMT wrote: “Roses are red, violets are blue, here’s another artist just for you.
“Natasha Bedingfield will be playing the Main Stage on Saturday 13th July!
“Don’t miss the chance to belt Unwritten, These Words and Pocketful of Sunshine out in Glasgow Green.”
The signer joins headline act Gerry Cinnamon and The Courteeners in taking to the stage on Saturday.
The three-day festival will see thousands of music lovers head to Glasgow, with last year’s festival bringing around 150,000 people to the city.
TRNSMT will once again take place at Glasgow Green on the weekend of July 12-14.
