Lewis Capaldi has surprised fans by announcing further intimate gigs, including one which will take place in a city centre HMV store.
The singer announced he would be releasing his new album, Broken By Desire To Be Heavenly Sent, along with a performance in-store at Glasgow’s Argyle Street HMV.
The 26-year-old released tickets to the intimate sitting on Thursday through his Instagram account – and revealed they sold out within “one second”.
Taking to Instagram, he revealed the selling of the tickets in his usual humorous style. He wrote: “All done in under a second. Much like my love making.”
He also teased that a similar event held in Edinburgh would soon be announced.
It comes after the ‘Pointless’ singer announced a Q&A session with fans and perform acoustically at SWG3 in Glasgow and Fat Sam’s in Dundee for a special ‘Behind the Music’ event.
The singer’s second album, Broken By Desire To Be Heavenly Sent, will be released next Friday, May 19.
The Dundee event will take place on May 20, with the Glasgow date taking place the day after on May 21.
