Dinosaurs have ‘stampeded’ into Glasgow’s Botanic Gardens for GlasGLOW this Halloween.
Hundreds of Scots will be some of the first to discover The Land That Time Forgot on Wednesday, as the event opens its doors to the public.
The show will light up the gardens and welcome thousands to explore the 60-minute prehistoric route filled with dinosaurs, creepy crawlies and volcanoes.
Created and produced by itison, GlasGLOW visitors can expect an outdoor experience jam packed with photo opportunities, exciting displays, interactive installations, a street food village, GLOW bar and Marshmallowland.
“I wrote this year’s story whilst on a family trip to the Isle of Skye during the pandemic. Discovering the dinosaur fossils on the north of the island with my kids was amazing,” said creator of GlasGLOW and itison CEO, Oli Norman.
He added: “We are so excited to welcome our first guests to The Land that Time Forgot and hope they all survive our epic dinosaur adventure!
“It’s taken a year of planning and an amazing team of 273 across our stewarding, production and design team to make GlasGLOW 2022 happen at a time that everyone needs some light in their life.”
Tickets can be bought from the itison website.
