A woman has been taken to hospital after a crash in Fife which has closed the A92 in both directions.
Emergency services were called to a two vehicle crash on the road, near Luthrie, at around 5.40am on Friday.
A 23-year-old woman was taken to Ninewells hospital. The same woman will be reported in connection with traffic offences.
Traffic Scotland confirmed that the road is currently closed in both directions between Rathillet and Parbroath.
Drivers are being urged to find alternative routes at this time.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 5.40am on Friday, November 3, 2023, we were called to a report of a two vehicle crash northbound on the A92, near Luthrie.
“Emergency services attended and a 23-year-old woman was taken to Ninewells hospital.
“The same woman will be reported in connection with road traffic offences.”
