US fugitive Nicholas Rossi is set to represent himself in a last chance legal bid to prevent his extradition to America.
Rossi who is wanted in the States for alleged sex offences, will address judges at the Court of Criminal Appeal in Edinburgh on Thursday, December 7.
He will argue the Scottish Government was wrong to authorise the decision to send him back to the USA.
Ministers signed off the order on September 28.
Documents state that Rossi is appealing under section 103 of the 2003 Extradition Act.
This piece of legislation states that this is the relevant section for people who have seen their extradition ordered by the Government.
The 36-year-old claims to be an Irish orphan called Arthur Knight, a victim of mistaken identity.
