Urgent appeal for missing schoolboy, 13, who disappeared two days ago

Concerns are growing for a missing schoolboy who disappeared two days ago in Edinburgh.

Dylan Gibson, 13, was last seen in the Niddrie area of the city on the evening of Monday, July 31.

The teen, from the Craigmillar area, is described as being white, 5ft 6in in height with a slim build, brown hair, and blue eyes. He is also said to have acne on his forehead.

It is unknown what clothes Dylan is wearing but he may be wearing a black puffer jacket, black Nike baseball cap with a small silver tick, and new black Reebok trainers.

Sergeant Craig Darling said: “We are concerned for Dylan’s welfare and appeal to anyone who believes they may have seen him to contact the police immediately”.

If anyone has information which may help police find Dylan please phone 101 quoting incident 4185 of July 31.
