Three people are in hospital following a multi-vehicle crash on the A92 in Fife.
Emergency services, including a special operations response team, were called to a three vehicle crash on the Southbound carriageway of the road near Crossgates Roundabout, at around 6.46am on Wednesday.
Three people were taken to Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy for treatment.
Their current condition is unknown.
Part of the road was closed following the incident.
A Scottish Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We received a call at 6:46am on Wednesday, March 27, to attend a three vehicle RTC on the A92 Crossgates, Fife.
“We dispatched three ambulances and one special operations response team (SORT) to the scene.
“Three patients were transported to Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy.”
