Winds of more than 45mph have forced the closure of a major bridge in South Queensferry to some vehicles.
A warning was issued to drivers of congestion and high winds affecting driving conditions with the Forth Road bridge closed to double-decker buses.
BEAR Scotland confirmed the major bridge on the A900 was closed at around 1pm on Saturday to the buses as gusts reportedly reached more than 45mph.
Traffic Scotland said drivers on the Queensferry Crossing were also subject to delays on the M90 heading south due to a previous collision.
Motorists were warned of delays of approximately 15 minutes and asked drivers to “approach with care”.
Police Scotland have been contacted for comment.
