Road closed and woman taken to hospital after crash

A road near Musselburgh was closed and a woman was taken to hospital following a crash.

Emergency services were called to the A6094 at Wallyford after a one car crash.

A woman was taken to hospital. Her current condition is unknown.

The road is currently closed and a diversion has been put in place.

A Police Scotland Spokesperson said: “Around 5pm on Friday, December 15, police were called to a road crash involving one vehicle on the A6094 at Wallyford.

“The road is closed and a diversion is in place.

“Officers are at the scene. A woman has been taken to hospital.”
