Police have launched a poster campaign as the search for a woman who has been missing from Edinburgh since November continues.

Khasha Smith was officially reported missing from the Calder area on Friday, January 5 after concerns were raised by her family who have not heard from her since November 4.

Police have established that the last known, confirmed sighting of Khasha was Tuesday, October 10, 2023, and have launched a re-appeal for information.

The 35-year-old is described as around 5ft tall, of a slim build, with long, blonde hair and blue eyes.

She also has some tattoos, one of which is visible on her right wrist and says “forever”.

Officers have been distributing and pinning up posters within the local area.

A police spokesperson said: “Khasha’s family is extremely concerned for her and are hoping the posters remind people she’s still missing and that we are still looking for information which could help us find her.

“If anyone has seen Khasha or has any information on where she may have gone, please call us on 101, quoting reference 3915 of January 5.”
