A dozen people have been fined by police after flouting lockdown measures and heading to a pub in Clackmannanshire.
Eleven men and one woman met up at the Abercromby Arms in Tullibody on Saturday night.
The breach was reported to police and officers attended, handing out fixed penalty notices to 12 individuals.
“Around 7pm on Saturday, April, 25, we received a report of people gathered within a premises on Stirling Road, Tullibody,” a Police Scotland spokesman said.
“Officers attended and 11 men and one woman were issued with fixed penalty notices under the Coronavirus Act 2020.”
The incident happened just a day after Police Scotland revealed they had handed out more than 1600 fines and made nearly 80 arrests while enforcing lockdown laws, between March 27 and April 23.
