Police investigating a two-car crash in Fife are trying to trace two men who are believed to have been in one of the vehicles.
The incident took place on the M90 northbound, near Kelty, around 11.05pm on Sunday and involved a Renault Grand Scenic.
A man, who was a front seat passenger, died in hospital in Dundee following the collision.
However, police are now trying to find two other men, who are thought to have been in the car at the time.
A statement said: “Enquiries continue to formally identify the man who died and establish the full circumstances of this crash.
“An investigation is also under way to trace two other men, who are believed to have been in the car at the time.
“There are concerns for their welfare and we’d urge anyone who was on the M90 at this time and saw two pedestrians, or anyone with dashcam footage who was travelling in the area, to get in touch.
“In particular, we’d also ask those living and working in the surrounding areas to come forward with any information which may be relevant and check their outbuildings.”
If you have any information contact police on 101.
