Road blocked after lorry 'turns wrong way at roundabout'

Police officers are assisting with the recovery of a lorry after it became “stuck” at a roundabout in Edinburgh.

Officers were called to the roundabout near Cameron Toll at around 12.30pm on Tuesday.

It is understood the RS Safety Solutions lorry became stuck after turning the wrong way at the roundabout.

Police are assisting with traffic management and recovery of the vehicle is under way.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 12.30pm on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 we received a report of a lorry stuck at a roundabout near Cameron Toll.

“Officers are assisting with traffic management and recovery is under way.”
