A man has been taken to hospital after being allegedly attacked at a house in Cowdenbeath.
Police were called to the Broad Street area of the town on Tuesday afternoon.
Emergency services took the man to hospital, where he received treatment to a minor injury.
Officers confirmed that enquiries into the incident were ongoing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Enquiries are ongoing following a report of an alleged assault in the Broad Street area of Cowdenbeath.
“One man was taken to hospital for treatment to a minor injury.”
