A man has been arrested and charged in connection with the death of a missing 61-year-old whose remains were found in an industrial estate in Fife.
The remains of Ean Coutts ,who had been reported missing weeks earlier, were found in Whitehill, Glenrothes in September last year.
Mr Coutts, who lived in the Fife village of Kinglassie, was identified following extensive investigations including the facial reconstruction created by experts at John Moores University in Liverpool.
Police Scotland confirmed on Wednesday that a 31-year-old has been charged over his death.
He will appear at court on Thursday.
