Police ScotlandA man has been arrested in connection the alleged assault of a woman in a Fife park.
A 25-year-old woman was said to have been followed and attacked within Pittencrieff Park in Dunfermline at around 6.20am on Sunday, May 24.
A 40-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the incident.
A police spokesperson said: “He is due to appear at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Monday, June 8.
“A full report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.”
