A man has been arrested and charged with alleged involvement in a series of fires in the Scottish Borders.
The fires include one on High Street in Jedburgh around 1.40am on Tuesday and a series of bin fires in the early hours of Friday.
There were no injuries as a result of the incidents.
The 58-year-old has been arrested and charged and is due to appear before Selkirk Sheriff Court on Monday, October 31.
Police also confirmed that a 72-year-old man who was previously arrested and charged in connection with the High Street fire on Tuesday has been told he will face no further action.
