A man has been arrested and taken to hospital following a crash that saw a car flipped onto its roof.
The incident took place in Armadale, West Lothian, on Saturday evening.
Emergency services attended the scene of the single-vehicle crash on Station Road at around 7pm.
The road was closed while police conducted investigations and was reopened just over an hour later.
Police have confirmed that the male driver of the car was taken to hospital as a result of the crash, as well as being arrested.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Officers were called to a report of a single car crash on Station Road, Armadale, at around 7.10pm on Saturday.
“A 30-year-old man was taken to hospital by ambulance. The same was arrested in connection with road traffic offences. The road was opened around 8.30pm.”
