A slip road on the M90 has been closed after a vehicle bursts into flames near Dunfermline.
Traffic Scotland confirmed the southbound exit slip at Junction 2 Pitreavie Interchange onto the A823 is closed due to the fire.
Emergency services were called to the scene at around 10am on Tuesday, December 5.
Drivers have been advised to take care when approaching the area.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “We were alerted at 9.41am on Tuesday, December 5, to reports of a vehicle on fire on the M90, Dunfermline.
“Operations Control mobilised two fire appliances to the scene where firefighters extinguished the fire affecting a van.
“There were no reported casualties, and the crews worked to make the area safe.”
