House fire sees person treated for smoke inhalation

Six fire engines were sent to the scene in Glenrothes on Thursday night.

A person has been treated for inhaling smoke after a fire at a house in Fife.

Six fire engines went to the scene in Durris Drive, Glenrothes, when the alarm was raised at 9.42pm on Thursday.

Firefighters extinguished the blaze which was in a terraced property in the town.

The individual suffering from smoke inhalation was treated at the scene.
