Four people were taken to hospital for treatment following a two-car collision in Fife.
A Nissan Qashqai and a Nissan Navara were involved in the accident, which happened on the A92 near Glenrothes on Saturday night.
Two of those involved in the crash remain in hospital, while the other two have been discharged.
A spokesman for Police Scotland said: “Around 9.50 pm on Saturday, 12 December, 2020, police were called to a two-vehicle RTC on the A92 at Cadham to Balfarg at Glenrothes.
“Four occupants from the two cars were taken by ambulance to hospital.
“The 24-year-old male driver of the Nissan Navara remains in hospital for treatment to a leg injury. His 22-year-old female passenger was discharged after treatment.
“The driver of the Qashqai – a female aged 35 years – remains in hospital. Her 14-year-old male passenger was released after treatment.
“Enquiries into the cause of the crash are continuing.”
