Firefighters tackle blaze in Haggs, Bonnybridge for hours after early morning fire breaks out Google Maps

Firefighters have battled a blaze which broke out at a derelict building in the Falkirk area in the early hours of Saturday morning.

Emergency services were called to the property on Kilsyth Road in Haggs, Bonnybridge at around 2.30am.

The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service deployed three vehicles to the scene, battling the blaze for hours.

There were no reported casualties following the fire and crews left the scene before 11am.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Police were called to a report of a fire in derelict building in Kilsyth Road, Haggs, around 3am on Saturday, September 23, 2023.

“Emergency services attended and enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident.”
